What We Do
Overview
Our aim is to provide you with a day out that's not only great fun, but importantly great value as well. This page details what we do and why we're always striving to be better than the rest.
Finding us couldn't be simpler as we're only situated 3 miles from the main M5 motorway.
Activities.
We are primarily involved in the provision of paintballing and laser tag combat days out. Although through our sister companies, Madtrax Bristol and Weston Lodge Shooting Ground we also provide multi-activity days. Look at our Other Activities page for more.
Paintball.
In its most basic form, paintball is a game where players are trying to shoot each other with special 'markers' (a fragile gelatine shell filled with glycerine and food dye, designed to break on impact).
To make the games more interesting we play in woodland which provides natural cover and we've also built features like our 50 foot, two storey castle.
We like to think that we do paintball a little differently and better than our competitors, and that we have imaginative games and excellent playing areas.
We also have a real desire to make our guests feel very welcome.
We also think that paintball is great fun, and the fun can be enhanced by our staff who not only marshal the games, but also participate with the guests, encouraging and consoling them as well as joining in with the fun atmosphere. We're often called by people wishing to play paintball and are asked many questions, so to help you we have a Frequent Questions page.
The Games We Play.
(Paintball)We will usually play 12 organised games for a days paintball which a player can attain through one of our many packages, please see Our Pricing page for more.
Competitive Pricing
While providing the best in paintball you would think that we would have to be expensive, but by having a high return rate for previous customers we have proved that you can make as much money by giving a superior service that draws our guests back time and time again.
Why Choose Skirmish Warminster?
Our Attitude
Quite simply put, we want you to come back and see us again, so we always treat our customers as guests, we don't try to order you about, we don't try to rip you off, we are completely open about our pricing, and we try to provide you with the best we can.
Our Staff
We think our staff are great. The girls and guys that work with us have a good sense of fun and all enjoy playing paintball. We also train them in customer
service, safety, basic first aid, paintball games management and tea making. We believe that our customers are our guests and should be treated accordingly.
Our guests find us welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Skirmish Warminster is proud to be an active member of the
Our Games
Because we have a regular marshaling crew we would get bored if we played the same games time after time, so all of the staff are encouraged to think up new and
interesting games, based in and around the featured game areas, "The Castle of Doom", The Presidential Helicopter", "The Bridge of Despair",
"The African Bush Village", "The Army Convoy" or "The Rocket Launcher".
